Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, plus MB WAY and Multibanco for customers in Portugal. Every payment is processed by Shopify Payments over a secure, encrypted connection; we never see your card details.

Orders paid before 12:00 (Lisbon time) are shipped the same day, so please email us as soon as possible with your order number. If the parcel has not left yet, we change or cancel it for free. If it has already shipped, you can return it under our 14-day withdrawal policy.

Yes. All prices are in euros and include VAT for deliveries within the European Union. An invoice is issued for every order and sent to your email. If you need a VAT number on it, add it in the order notes at checkout or email us right after ordering.

Yes. Dentists, orthodontists, myofunctional therapists and speech therapists can order directly from the shop. For larger quantities or recurring orders, email info@myo-functional.com and we will send you a quote.

Yes. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, as provided by EU consumer law. Email info@myo-functional.com with your order number and the products you want to return, and we send you the instructions.

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, products supplied in sealed packaging can only be returned if the seal has not been opened. This applies to MyoTape strips, MI Paste Plus, Tooth Mousse and other oral care products. Defective or wrongly delivered products can always be returned.

If you simply change your mind, you pay the cost of sending the products back and we recommend a tracked service. If the product is defective, damaged or not the one you ordered, we pay the return costs.

Within 14 days of telling us you want to return, to the same payment method you used, including the original standard shipping cost. We may wait until the products arrive back or you send us proof of posting. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years from delivery. Email us with photos and a short description and we will repair, replace or refund, as the law provides.

Yes, if the pack is still sealed. Return the original following the steps above and place a new order for the size you need. If you are unsure which size to pick, measure your mouth first with our size guide, or email us your measurement.

Both are remineralising creams built on RECALDENT (CPP-ACP), which delivers calcium and phosphate to the enamel. MI Paste Plus adds 900 ppm fluoride and is for ages 6 and over. Tooth Mousse is fluoride-free and suits all ages, including young children. If your dentist recommended one of them, go with that.

No. They are topical creams you apply after brushing and leave on the teeth: a pea-sized amount spread over all tooth surfaces, left for 3 minutes, then spit out without rinsing. Keep brushing with your normal toothpaste.

No. RECALDENT is derived from milk protein, so neither cream is suitable for people with a milk protein allergy. They are also not recommended if you are sensitive to benzoate preservatives. Lactose intolerance is a different thing, but check with your dentist if unsure.

Yes. They are often recommended during orthodontic treatment to protect against white spots. With aligners, your dentist may suggest applying the cream inside the aligner.

All five flavours have the same formula. Mint is the most neutral; Melon, Strawberry, Vanilla and Tutti Frutti are milder and popular with children and anyone who dislikes strong mint.
