Shipping Policy
At Myo Functional we want your order to arrive quickly and safely. Below you will find our shipping costs, destinations and processing times.
1. Order processing
Orders paid by 12:00 (Lisbon time) on a business day are shipped on the same day. Orders paid after 12:00, or on weekends and public holidays, are shipped on the next business day.

The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. At the moment we only ship to the countries listed above. If your country is not listed, please contact us.
3. Delivery times
Estimated delivery times after shipping, in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays):
- Portugal: 1 to 3 business days (the Azores and Madeira may take a few extra days)
- Spain: 2 to 4 business days
- Other European countries: 3 to 7 business days
These times are estimates and depend on the carrier. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Unless otherwise agreed, your order will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the order date, as provided by law.
4. Delivery address
Please make sure the address you provide is correct and complete. Errors in the address may cause delays or the return of the parcel.
5. Customs and taxes
Prices include VAT for deliveries within the European Union. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom), import duties, local taxes and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Delays and damaged parcels
Delays may occur for reasons beyond our control (weather conditions, strikes, carrier issues). If there is a significant delay, we will contact you. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally with photos. The risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you, or a person indicated by you, take physical possession of the products.
